As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Onboarding Coordinator.  The Onboarding Coordinator is a member of the team responsible for the positive onboarding experience of all new PrimePay clients. The Onboarding Team works with new clients to gather the essential data needed to set up the new client. The Onboarding Coordinator must not only build the relationship with the client but ensure that the experience is smooth and 100% satisfactory for each client. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, administrating issue tracking processes, and compiling customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with emerging to mid-market level customers, ensuring high satisfaction and serving as their advocate and coordinator throughout the onboarding lifecycle
  • Manage multiple HCM implementations, understanding the entire onboarding lifecycle from point-of-sale through go-live
  • Conduct weekly touchpoints with internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with subject matter experts and consultants to drive successful implementations, identifying and mitigating project risks and scope creep
  • Act as a point of escalation for implementation projects, managing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and project adherence
  • Drive product and process improvements, collaborating with sales to streamline pre-sale processes
  • Utilize Inspire Planner Project Management software to organize, track, and manage project tasks, timelines, risks, and stakeholders

The Ideal Person for the Job:

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years related experience in the HCM industry and 3+ years’ experience in a customer support or coordination role
  • Proven success in supporting HCM business applications, with experience in SaaS based solutions
  • Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with an ability to execute
  • Ability to generate a sense of urgency and rally appropriate resources to drive resolution for a variety of customer issues
  • Strong technical understanding of the HCM domain, with a willingness to “dig in” to work with the subject matter and create solutions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with clear and concise follow through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, project scope, and deadlines
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
