As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next HCM Sales Executive for our Enterprise Market clients.  The HCM Sales Executive - Enterprise Market is pivotal in driving sales and revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with large enterprise clients. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products or services, exceptional sales skills, and the capability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the company’s customer base within large enterprise accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to formulate tailored sales strategies
  • Develop and present customized solutions that align with clients’ business objectives, showcasing the value of the company’s offerings
  • Lead negotiations with enterprise clients to finalize deals and secure favorable contract terms
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to prospective clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in an industry relevant to the company
  • 3+ years of HCM sales experience preferred
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively in verbal and written formats
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively to close deals and secure beneficial terms
  • Strong capability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to various stakeholders
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
  • Adept at establishing and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Skilled in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage sales activities and track performance
  • Demonstrates a high level of self-motivation, is goal-oriented, and can work independently and collaboratively
  • Maintains a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions
