As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. This role focuses on managing centralized Salesforce functionality for support and success staff and handling contract alterations and cancellations. The ideal candidate will possess strong operations management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage centralized Salesforce functionality, ensuring data integrity and efficient use of the platform by support and success staff
  • Handle contract alterations, including modifications, renewals, and amendments, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and processed
  • Manage the process of contract cancellations, including documentation, communication with clients, and updating relevant systems
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product and service excellence
  • Collaborate closely with the customer support team to address and resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field required
  • 0-2 years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior staff, fostering their professional growth
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and make timely decisions
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple clients simultaneously, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying project status and updates and building positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Committed to ensuring high-quality project deliverables through rigorous quality assurance processes and regular reviews
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Skilled in leveraging technology and software to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiencies, with proficiency in Salesforce and PrimePay’s suite of benefit products
  • Skilled in formatting and editing documents to ensure clarity and professionalism
  • Fast and accurate typing skills coupled with basic IT troubleshooting capabilities
  • Proficient in using tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams for effective communication
  • Strong internet research skills and active listening abilities to gather and process information efficiently
  • Highly adaptable with keen attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
  • Effective communicator with confidence in abilities and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Strong critical thinking skills, a customer-centric approach, and reliable work ethic
