As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our Solutions Consultant, who will play a pivotal role in supporting all sales teams, as well as the existing client base. This position involves providing comprehensive support throughout the sales process, from RFP responses to post-sale assistance, encompassing solution development, product demonstrations, and active participation in various sales activities. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure effective trade show participation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales teams across various stages of the sales cycle, including qualifying opportunities, leading discoveries, and leading technology presentations.
  • Deliver engaging solution presentations connected to the opportunities’ requirements and that are supported by client stories and industry metrics.
  • Showcase PrimePay products and solutions through live demonstrations, emphasizing key features and benefits, using virtual presentation platforms as well as in person as required.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to develop viable solution strategies for successful deployment.
  • Partner with marketing to provide content, client stories, webinar participation, and demo recordings for the website.
  • Maintain demo environments for core solutions and liaise with relevant teams for user management.
  • Participate in Request for Proposal/Information (RFP/RFI) activities, which includes writing and reviewing functional and technical responses, creating images, and supporting documentation, and providing Sales with solution recommendations for pricing.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • Human Resources, Benefits, and/or Payroll practitioner experience may be substituted for solutions or sales experience.
  • Familiarity with HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Performance, and LMS solutions. Industry certifications (APA, SHRM, etc.) are a plus
