As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Vice President, Business Support.  The Vice President, Business Support at PrimePay, will be entrusted with advancing client experiences by overseeing and expanding the utilization of our Payroll and HCM solutions. This leadership position will drive a team of Business Support Directors towards exceptional service delivery, heightened client satisfaction, and increased retention across designated regions. This role orchestrates day-to-day operations, optimizing support teams catering to Payroll, Benefits, and Tax Compliance services while forging client-facing strategies to elevate PrimePay's reputation.

What YOU will be doing: 

  • Drive cross-functional teams to exceed service delivery, quality, and client retention objectives
  • Demonstrate mastery across PrimePay solutions: Payroll, Benefits, and Tax Compliance services
  • Oversee precise and timely ACH processing, compliance adherence, and service best practices
  • Develop services aligned with evolving client needs and company resources, spearheading workflow enhancements
  • Collaborate with Business Support Directors to optimize operational strategy and performance, mediating conflicts, and motivating teams
  • Manage expenses within allocated budgets, recommend staffing models, and drive cost-effective strategies

Success will come if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
  • 8-12 years of experience in relationship management and customer service, with 5 years in managerial roles
  • Certified Payroll Professional certification preferred
  • Proficiency in finance, compliance, and payroll with a strong understanding of related regulations
  • Proven experience in relationship management, team leadership, and problem-solving
  • Mastery of Outlook, Word, Excel, and ideally Salesforce for workflow management and reporting
  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills for effective team motivation and mediation
