This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth. The role works closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and client success, to drive successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

What YOU will be doing: 

• Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates SaaS offerings in the PrimePay Suite (Payroll, HCM, ProfitKeeper/Analytic) through our routes to market new logo, direct sales, upsell expansion, and partners
• Clearly articulate the value proposition to target clients and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels
• Collaborate with the product management team, sales team, and other cross-functional leaders to help create GTM strategies for new product releases and epic enhancements
• Identify target client segments and establish effective marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition and retention
• Create high-quality product-focused content, including demos, bundles, industries, and collateral to generate leads and establish PrimePay as an industry leader
• Develop and deliver competitive intelligence sales tools to capture the voice of the client in win/loss, as well as understand key competitors to help shape product strategy, market positioning, and deliver content for external and internal uses
• Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell PrimePay’s SaaS products
• Create sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process

Success will come if you have: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in software industry encompassing market research, competitive intelligence, and product messaging
• Proficient in project management, understanding of product launches and delivery
• Skilled in providing sales tools and enabling support, with a preference for prior engagement in sales, marketing, or related sectors, with additional familiarity with HCM or payroll being beneficial
• Proficient in evaluating pertinent information to facilitate informed decision-making
• Adept at recognizing challenges and opportunities through comprehensive data assessment
• Demonstrates a growth-oriented mindset and collaborates effectively within team settings to achieve exceptional results proactively
• Displays a willingness to familiarize oneself with PrimePay’s products, possesses technological acumen, and exhibits proactive engagement in product learning initiatives
• Exhibits strong organizational, communication, and project management proficiencies, adept at prioritizing tasks and responsibilities effectively across multiple projects
